The Controller processes the following categories of personal data:

- Project information: type of requested website, existence of current website, URL of existing website, business goals

Purposes of personal data processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
Processing consultation requests
We process identification and contact data, project information and preference data for the purpose of processing your consultation request, answering your questions and providing requested information.

In case of concluding a contract, we process your personal data for the purpose of providing our services, including website development and management, communication regarding the project and fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Personal data retention period
We retain your personal data only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, or to fulfill legal obligations. Specifically:
- Consultation form data: we retain for 3 years from your last communication with us, unless a contract is concluded
- Client data: we retain for the duration of the contractual relationship and then for 5 years after its termination due to possible legal claims
- Accounting documents: we retain for 10 years from the end of the accounting period to which they relate, as required by law
- Technical data: we retain for 6 months

Right of access to personal data
You have the right to obtain from us confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you are being processed, and, if that is the case, you have the right to access these personal data and other information about their processing.
Right to rectification
You have the right to have inaccurate personal data concerning you rectified without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
Right to erasure
You have the right to have personal data concerning you erased without undue delay if one of the grounds stated in Art. 17 GDPR applies, e.g. if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to obtain restriction of processing if one of the grounds stated in Art. 18 GDPR applies, e.g. if you contest the accuracy of the personal data.
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you have the right to transmit those data to another controller if the processing is based on consent or on a contract and is carried out by automated means.
Right to object
You have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on legitimate interests of the controller or of a third party.
Right to withdraw consent
If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz), if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR.
How to exercise your rights
You can exercise your rights by sending an email to petr@jergonlab.com or in writing to the controller's registered office address. We will deal with your request without undue delay, at the latest within one month of its receipt. In exceptional cases, we may extend this period by another two months, of which we will inform you.
Security of personal data
We have adopted appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorized disclosure or access. These measures include:
